अंगुर एक खट्टा कुछ मीठा फल है। जो गोल व अंडाकार होता है। ये फल बेल पर गुच्छों मे लगता है। और पोष्टिकता से भरपुर होते है। अंगुर की तीन प्रकार के मिलते है।टेबल अंगुर, वाइन अंगुर, सूखे अंगुर (किशमिश)। ये लाल, हरा व बैंगनी रंग के होते है।अंगुर मे विटामिन C, D पाई जाती है। जो शरीर के लिए लाभदायक है। अंगुर की बेल की कटिंग लगाने पर फल 1-3 साल मे लगना शुरू हो जाते है। और यदि बेल न लगाकर बीज बोते है तो उस बेल पर फल 3-7 साल मे लगने लगते है ।

अंगुर के प्रति हकटेयर उपज की दर से विश्व मे भारत प्रथम स्थान पर है भारत मे अंगुर की प्रति हैकटेयर पैदावर 30 टन है। 

भारत के अंगुर उत्पादन करने वाले राज्य - भारत मे महाराष्ट्र राज्य मे सर्वाधिक अंगुर की खेती होती है। महाराष्ट्र के बाद कर्नाटक, आंध्र प्रदेश व तमिलनाडु मुख्य राज्य है और उतर भारत में पंजाब,हरियाणा, राजस्थान व दिल्ली मे अंगुर की बागवानी की जाती है।
