Due to the digital nature of the services offered at Mandi Bhav India, all "Pro" subscriptions and classified advertisement payments are strictly non-refundable. Once a digital subscription has been activated on your account, the transaction is considered final.
You may cancel your recurring "Pro" subscription at any time. When you choose to cancel, your subscription will simply not renew at the next billing cycle. You will retain full access to your Pro features until the end of your currently paid billing period. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for the remainder of active billing cycles.
If you encounter severe technical issues that entirely prevent you from accessing the "Pro" features you purchased, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of you reporting it, you may be eligible to request a refund. Refunds arising from technical failures are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
